What a full on weekend we have had. On Friday morning we had friends arrive from Blenheim for the party and our Christmas bbq we had on Saturday night. Mel and I stayed up till midnight making Noah’s birthday cake and it turned out perfect. Then a very early start to Saturday, I woke up at 5.30am thinking of all the things that needed to be done. Noah and his friends made a teddy at The Teddy Factory. Then everyone came back to our place and had party food. We got Noah a huge teddy balloon for his birthday and other birthday balloons. We had teddy lollies, teddy biscuits on sticks ( that I made ), tiny teddy biscuits. It was such a cool party and his wee friends, Ross, Claudia, Reuben, and Bridget all brought him some cool presents. Very lucky little boy.
Leigh was a little upset in the photo as Jarrod and Leigh didn’t get to make a bear.
I love this photo of Noah and I, every time we take a photo of Noah this is how he smiles. Cracks me up.
This is the cake that Mel and I made, the kids loved it and it’s all gone. The weather wasn’t that great on Saturday when we woke, hail and rain, not that good for a bbq. But by the time 4pm came and people started arriving the weather wasn’t to bad. We had about 35 people here (including kids). The kids had so much fun, playing with each other. We had a lolly scamble and a ball scamble. Fun fun fun..
